Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are units used to perform tasks such as making AI API calls to providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, GCP), processing uploaded documents, and more. Currently, credits are used for AI API calls and OCR document processing.
Every 1,000 credits are equivalent to $1 USD. Each AI API call is costed and converted into credits, with a minimum of 1 credit charged per AI model interaction.
What happens if I don't use all my credits during the billing cycle?
Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle. At the start of each new billing cycle, you will receive a fresh allocation of credits according to your subscription plan.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes, you can purchase additional credits at any time. These extra credits will expire one year from the date of purchase.
How are additional users charged on the TEAM plan if I exceed 5 users?
The TEAM plan includes the first 5 users. Any additional user is charged at $5 USD per user per month, and receives an extra 5,000 credits. Charges and credits for additional users are prorated based on the billing cycle.
For example, if your TEAM plan subscription began on April 1st with 5 users, and you add another user on April 16th, your April bill will be $32.50 due to the prorated charge for the additional user.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular payment methods. Please contact our support team if you encounter any issues with payment processing.
Are my card details stored securely?
We prioritize the security of your payment information. We partner with Stripe, a leading payment processor, to store your payment methods securely. We do not store any of your card details on our servers.
How can I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging into your account, accessing the workspace settings and navigate to Payments page and click on the "Access Stripe Billing Portal" button.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, we offer a free plan with some initial credits, allowing you to explore our services without any charge.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment multiple times. You will have 1 week to update your payment information before your subscription is suspended.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan ?
To upgrade your plan, go to your workspace payments and select the desired plan. Changes will take effect immediately. For downgrading, please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I share my subscription with others?
Sharing policies depend on your plan type. For example, the TEAM plan supports multiple users, while the INDIVIDUAL plan is meant for single-user access.
